Donation to the International Wall of Friendship
The Serbian stone was presented by Stevan Maksimovic at a special function held by the Serbian Community on 4th September 1993. The stone is of dark-grey granite with a polished face. The upper section of the engraved design feature the national emblem of Serbia coloured red blue white and gold, this is flanked by the Australian flag on the left and the Serbian flag on the right both gold filled. The inscription is first in English, then in Serbian and the year of presentation is also gold filled.
